Our Process

  1. Submit a Deal

    The process starts when you submit a request via our form submission below.

  2. Borrower Interview

    We take this time to be sure we're compatible partners for your investment.

  3. Discuss Terms & Sign Agreements

    Once we agree on the terms of the deal, we’ll prepare the appropriate contracts and send to you for signing. All contracts are reviewed by a Transaction Coordinator before submitting to title companies and or our loan agency.

  4. Project Start

    Approval and commitment allow for wire to be sent securely to the title company or escrow agency involved in the deal.

  5. Complete Project & Loan Pay-Off

    We’ll keep in touch throughout the project to make sure everything is on schedule and any delays are communicated timely. Additional fees may be incurred for late payments and any additional time funds are being used.
